It comes in waves. Those big black clouds suddenly just arrive from nowhere with no prior warning at all. Once it’s had its claws well and truly into you once, it’s never really gone. It hits you at the oddest times, often for no tangible reason at all leaving you confused and feeling utterly defeated.
